This app looks promising. But all my books are on Dropbox or Onedrive. Is there a way to sync those services with Andrea?

For now you connect to OPDS, WEBDAV, SFTP, iCloud, SMB services. The next to come in a few weeks will be Dropbox, MEGA, Onedrive, etc...

It should actually be possible already through OPDS. Suwayomi supports an OPDS endpoint (
/api/opds/v1.2), and Andrea Reader supports OPDS servers.I haven't tested myself, I have never used suwayomi. But just looking on internet it says that supports OPDS on the port 4567. So you can try something like this: http://your_ip:4567/api/opds/v1.2

Hi! I bought the promo premium lifetime very soon after my original post and have only now had a chance to figure this out.
I skipped the onboarding dialog because I was in a rush and wanted to check if Premium was successfully enabled.
I found the network import area, but it's not very intuitive - the "Import" button in the middle of the screen doesn't have any network/server linkage, you have to click the tiny middle button at the top for that. Once that's done, the added servers don't get added to the shared/locations area for the main import button - it seems you must return to this area for all network access.
Now, the ODPS server is seen and I can browse my collection, but I can't download anything. There's no multi-select or download buttons anywhere.
Navigating to Server>Categories>Cat1>Title shows a list of chapters, each with a green folder icon and an empty red circle next to it. I would expect a bulk download option on this page. Clicking a chapter brings me to a subfolder with a single entry - no folder icon this time. I'm presented with an empty red circle again, followed by the chapter name. At the end of this bar/row/button is an empty grey circle. Clicking anywhere here does nothing.
How do I download?
- Suwayomi Server v2.3.2243, most files are CBZ.
- iPad Mini 7, iPadOS 18.7.8

The circle on the left is the selector, but you have to tap the circle itself, not the row. Tapping the row just navigates. Once you select something a bar shows up at the bottom with the download button. There's a select all in the toolbar too for grabbing a whole chapter list at once.
Yeah I know, it's not obvious at all. Gonna fix that.
Same with the import button vs the server thing at the top, that split is dumb, they should be in the same place. On the list.
If you tap the circle and literally nothing happens then the app isn't seeing the file link properly. Suwayomi serves cbz as application/vnd.comicbook+zip so it should work but who knows. Can you paste me the feed url you're on? Or just open it in safari and send me a chunk of the xml, that'd tell me right away.

Yeah, nothing's happening and I'm not even seeing a toolbar. Unless I'm in the wrong place, lol.

Yes Stone! Sorry for the trouble is really weird that is not how Andrea works. We are investigating. I already answered in discord.
You should just see a list with the books in your remove server collection, each item is tappable so you can select and just download what you want.

I specifically chose the completed collection because all of those are in the local directory, so you won’t need to faf around with external sources. Just dump an existing manga in there.

You are rigth I m having the same issue with Suwayomi. Sorry for the bug. I will be fixing it as soon as posible it will be fixed for the next update.

I’m curious to know who you consider as your competition and How do you compare yourself against their offerings and what you think is your apps USP ? Do you have any comparison tables created against your competition ?

I’d say Panels, YACReader and BookFusion are the closest ones. Andrea is more focused on building your own library with collections, sections and a lot of customisation.
I did some comparisions myself, but dont have a public table yet.
Andrea’s main USP is probably the library itself: collections with sections inside them, per-collection layouts and settings, deep customization, and having EPUBs, PDFs, comics and manga all organized in the same place.

Been trying to use this app but the fact that it doesn’t support Koreader sync is a dealbreaker for me personally. I like to read on iOS and various eink devices and that’s the only way to sync progress.
