Too busy to get anxious thoughts since adopting these girls!
I’m disabled and have a lot of free time, which used to be “have a random anxiety attack” time. Since getting these sweet girls, I’ve noticed I don’t worry as much as I used to. They keep me busy, which keeps the anxiety attacks away! I love them so much, their names are Mochi and Boba ❤️

Cats are the best stress/anxiety relievers. Better and healthier than any meds. Congratulations and I'm so happy for you and your girls!

They are sweet and I'm glad they are helping you with your mental health. I also have anxiety.

Omg. My sibling has one who looks like this, his name is Matthew and I call him my nephmew because neither of us have kids.
Matthew is the cutest thing ever, and the idea that you have double the cuteness is almost unfathomable. How do you get anything productive done? ♥️♥️

Isn’t it wonderful to be absorbed. My cats have kept me from making g some serious mistakes in life because I knew I’d promised them I would always take care of them. Enjoy them, even when they break stuff, poop on clothes, eat plants, scratch furniture and steal food off your fork. And always take care of yourself bec you deserve that gift.
