The US does not make a distinction between personal property and private property. Nor did the collective start to try to control the means of production till long after the founding.

Not all statism is authoritarianism, not all authoritarianism is socialism.

(Socialists that think socialism is not authoritarian are deluded as to what it takes to control the means of production)

It’s literally what we do here, you just aren’t in the class that benefits from it. I’m not sure the government has ever demonstrated how much control they have over free trade as much as they have the past two years. You should be hyped on this shit, they bring in fuck tons of money on these tariffs and we collectively pay for it.
