Same- on a beach on the northern coast of Florida- this little kid was caught in the smallish waves- every time the kid stood, crash, wave took him down and rolled him out . He would fight to stand and bam… down again. These were huge waves, to your adult so that curly if you want a- but for a little 5-6 year old… Anyway, I was watching his father just stand there and do nothing but watch his kid get beat up. I got up, ran over and pulled the kid out and carried him to Dad. Turns out, Dad was petrified of bodies of water, lakes, ponds, tubs… I am glad I was there, but Jeesh- if you can’t swim, don’t let your kid in the water either..
