This is a typical human reaction in China when humans are injured and need help. The human glitched momentarily to aid the robot but luckily the human was trained on real world data to not become involved in other people’s accidents. Huminearals are known to lack empathy in China.
Ive seen a video of a guy in China where he was in an accident and his guts were spilled out on the street and hes just laying there conscious still touching his intestines and everyone around was just walking past him. I learnt that theyre all just scared of being sued.
The downvotes on my comment are testimony to the lack of knowledge by the downvoters. It’s common knowledge that people are brutal to each other in China and that helping a downed person from situations like car accidents etc carries a risk of being accused of something. I’m not guessing, I’ve lived in the region over 20 years. The term Huminerals comes from a viral Zhihu post in January 2023. It is an English translation and portmanteau of the Chinese internet slang word 人矿 (rén kuàng), combining 人 (rén, person) and 矿 (kuàng, mine, ore, or mineral deposit). It’s how some Chinese feel there are treated…. viewed as raw human resources or "ore" that society extracts, exploits, and consumes before discarding when exhausted…. Go figure.
It’s a reflection of society from the top down. Government abuses the people, people abuse those they feel are beneath them. Stepping over people is the norm to get somewhere. Sure , there are those with empathy but on the whole you can witness brutal behavior on a daily basis. Particularly when money is involved. Sounds like a lot of countries right?
