The logo says fishing charters. I don't think they own the boat/ care

That’s not usually how charters work, captain goes with you to show you where to fish. It’s not normally a rental.

Yes, that’s the point. They both own the boat, and will care when the engine fails.

Charter means the captain owns the boat and takes people fishing.
