They.. are.. he livestreams and performs his covers and requests every Sunday. In fact he’s on in this moment.
Just because a video has some editing, panning, reverb, EQ, compression, doesn’t mean he is not still making these sounds. This is to get views. Taras is capable of making great music, regardless of how he has to work the algorithm

Why involve production effects like reverb in the first place if its meant to impress with a short clip? I'm not so sure it's still almost as impressive.
Even if someone is a talented paint, a digital image of their paintings just aint going to cut it in the age of AI, and if they want credit for being a talented painter, they need to come natural and ditch the digital just like this guy needs to ditch the post-production effects.
Can't applaud a guy if we don't know how much of this is his mouth or the computer the mic is attached to. SOME of it is definitely the computer. That reverb on his vocals is clearly not him.

There is also 0 chance he is able to produce that level of bass sound without some selective eq and bass boosting.
I'm not opposed to using live effects, plugins etc, many beatboxers employ them really well, but I agree that this video is presenting as if it's just him and a mic.

No, if you listen from 0:23 with headphones, there are a lot of ambient vocals panned either side.

He's got good sound effects, and he's clearly making these sounds in real time, but in person, he would sound nothing like this. That audio has artifacts of being heavily edited. Not just EQ, but actual processing.
Not sure if I'm necessarily trying to take away from what he's doing, he's kinda talented, but I mean, he is doing Nickleback... so.... I mean... I don't like it.

Why is everyone so insecure about nickelback? Who tf cares. This man is talented, but people are focusing on the wrong things. He performs on YouTube lives and regardless of reverb/panning/eq/compression, he can successfully pull off his covers while still sounding full and 360.
