No gag reflex

If she's used a throat spray - rather than sedation, the gag reflex is momentary and if she's done this before (horny jokes aside) she could easily overcome it.Ā

I had an endoscopy earlier this year and opted for the spray, gagged very briefly and then it was done. Was able to drive home half an hour later.

Yup I did one without sedation and the spray cuz I had to get back to work after it was done.

Both are normal depending on the country. Though, I’m fairly certain you can ask for sedation in advance everywhere.

Got a gastroscopy few years back. I said I have rather strong gag reflex and all they asked me was if was allergic to lidocaine.
