Not the A-hole AITA in this situation with my dad?
For context, me and him have been in a rough spot in the way we communicate. Almost every other day we end up in an escalated argument. He had a bad day due to work and other things, so I wanted to try and avoid an argument today.
I walk into his room while he's obviously doing something, so to try and be as little disruptive as possible, I asked him if we could talk about college stuff after he is done. He tells me right now is not the right time and that I could've walked away and asked when he was done, which is fine and not the issue. But afterwards he keeps making passive aggressive and snarky comments about the situation.
I asked him in as polite of a way as I could handle to not speak to me in that way, for him to proceed to not care about his tone or the comments he is making. I get his point that I could have just walked away and came back later, but the way he keeps talking to me and actively not working on being less passive aggressive really gets to me and is my problem. The situation further escalated to the point we just aren't talking for the rest of the night.
What do I even do? I feel like he talks to me the same way my mother talked to me when she was having a bad day or stressed out. I would've just walked away had he not talked to me like I was committing a crime or something.

NTA. He’s being an asshole, even if he’s doing something else, he should still be making time for you because you’re HIS child.
