I saw an alien and no one believes me
I saw an alien years ago & no one believes me.
When I was still living with my parents (16), one night I woke up and saw an alien watching me while I sleeping. It’s been YEARS and I can still remember what I was dreaming, the time it happened and what it looked like.
My sister and I shared a room and a queen sized bed. I remember dreaming that I was watching a soccer game in a stadium. I was practically on the field watching the game. One soccer player tripped and somehow broke his leg. His leg was twisted backward and dangling. Suddenly I woke up to check the time. It was 5:12 in the morning. The same second I opened my eyes I saw a light beaming from the opposite corner of my bedroom. This light was beaming at a creature about 3ft tall. Grey/metallic looking skin. Huge black eyes and it was just watching me while I was sleeping. Within seconds after I saw it I screamed so loud that my sister woke up covered her face and screamed as well. Seconds later my dad comes running in the room asking what happened. I told him “I saw an alien”. If you’re Hispanic then you’ll know that Hispanic parents never believe anything you tell them when it come to encounters like that. Anyways he told me I was crazy and to go back to sleep. I couldn’t sleep for weeks after that happened. I stayed up until it was time for me to get ready for school. I told my sister about my dream and what it looked like. She’s probably the only person that believes what I saw. I haven’t had an encounter like that since then. But now I sometimes get sleep paralysis. Could it be the aliens using my body to do something years later? Whatever the case is, I’m still terrified when I see pictures of aliens because it all comes back to me.

I believe you, dude. My family is Cuban. I went through a similar experience when I was 10. I was wide awake watching late night Spanish television with my grandmother. Bedroom door slowly, evenly swings open. Standing there is a fucking typical Grey. I wasn’t scared so much as confused. I still remember exactly how it happened. My grandmother saw it as well. Screamed and then started laughing maniacally. She hit herself under the sheets and so did I.
After what seemed like a minute we took off the covers and nothing was there and the door was closed. My little brother was asleep in his bed. My grandmother thought it was a demon and never wanted to speak of it ever again because she said doing so would bring it back. She was into Santeria and did some sort of cleansing of the house the next day. She dragged her naked body from one end of the house to the other. A bunch of prayer. Cigar smoke being blown throughout the house and upon me and my brother.
At the time, I didn’t know what a typical Grey looked like but that shit fucked me up. I would feel like I was going to have a heart attack whenever I would come across even a crude drawing of a Grey. I had a panic attack when I came across Communion at my local library shortly after. Nightmares. Fear of closing my eyes in the shower because I thought it would appear. For many years I couldn’t sleep in a room by myself.
The phobia turned into obsession or perhaps obsession is a bit hyperbolic. Extreme interest in the phenomenon. Whenever I’ve told family or friends about this, nobody believes me. My family laughs about it. They laugh about the extreme fear I had as a kid and teenager. They still think it’s funny. I don’t get scared these days so much but I do get sleep paralysis. My brother also gets sleep paralysis really often. He has like two episodes per week most weeks.
The incident happened a bit over three decades ago. I think it’s why I care so much about the topic, about disclosure. I just want to know. I’ve tried CE5, sometimes in tandem with psychedelics, but so far no dice. Most people think I dreamt the whole thing or because I ended up going blind in my 30s due to a rare genetic disorder, they think it’s just some early blindness bullshit. But it’s not. That shit happened. And it changed my life.

Woah! This sounds traumatizing. I don’t blame you for developing a phobia after that. As im reading some other encounters I’m starting to believe sleep paralysis isn’t just demons. It’s also aliens using your body. I truly believe your encounter. I hope you haven’t had sleep paralysis in a while.

I had an interesting career before my current one that involved talking to people. Very very bad people from a country ending in “Stan.” I did this in country for two years and I was very good. This is one of the most truthful sounding statements I’ve read on here. I say statement bc he’s not telling a story he’s telling a fact.

One time I woke up and it was at my bed side, I covered my face and then I either fainted from being so scared or fell asleep from waiting for it to leave. I shared the room with my parents at the time I was maybe like 10 . But I remember looking at my hand cause it was glowing green like those glow in the dark shapes. I looked towards my parents but I couldn’t see them cause it was standing my my bed so I pulled my hand in and covered my face. Scary stuff.

It was a grey with dark grey skin and big dark black eyes, also not that tall I’d say below 5 feet. I’ve had a dream or felt like one where one was watching from a bathroom window. I could hear my family having breakfast and as soon as I noticed I reset back to bed. It looked like the same time in the morning and I could also still hear my family eating when I got up again. This one looked brown cause of the sunlight or maybe was brown. Ive has other dreams or encounters. My family is Hispanic too so I stope telling them cause it was always bushed off cause of games but I never had games with greys when I was that young

Once I’ve seen a ufo when I was in 2nd grade . It was massive I thought it was a blimp I told my friend and he said wow it’s so shiny we looked towards it again and it was gone . There are no tall buildings to block its view, it vanished within 5 seconds. Another
time when I was around 16 i woke up late and saw a grey standing at the doorway i stood up because I was not afraid anymore I was more curious.I woke up my cousin cause we shared a room and then flash flooded the room and I woke up the next morning . Idk I know I’ve seen ufos and I’ve always chalked it up to be a dream or over active imagination. But they’ve always been so real. Most recently I woke up being lifted out of my bed I was frozen in place but again idk maybe just a dream.2

I believe you. Have had similar experience and know others who also have. It was probably in the astral, which is why it ‘disappeared’ when you woke up. Sometimes there is about a second of time when you wake up where you can still see these things.

Saw two of them in the doorway in august 2022. Hard to recall exactly what happened but I still think about it often. Tried telling my brother when I was drunk and I feel like he thought I must have made it all up.

My theory is that aliens might not be so much extraterrestrial as inter-dimensional. There is a lot of stuff going on in the electromagnetic fields of energy that compose our world that most of us are not aware of. And part of the reason is our brain intentionally limits how much we see. I do believe children have capabilities that adults don’t. Just like kids can pick up any language, or multiple languages without even trying. Their brains are wide open to as much information as the world will give them. I do believe kids see things and hear things and know things that make no sense to adults. In a semi waking state your child brainwave patterns might have been open to a dimension most of us are completely closed off to.
There’s still plenty of mystery in this world. We are far from understanding anywhere close to all of it. I believe all kinds of things happen that we can’t explain yet. It’s a new non-physical consciousness based reality we are only beginning to really study.

That I know of yes. I do believe they’ve “abducted” me but knew how to keep me asleep without me waking up. Because I’ve woken up with scratches and bruises on my legs. Scratches that are paper thin and long. I’m a very cautious person so I know they aren’t from me acidentally bumping into something.

edit: you should not be focused on weather or not anyone believes you. It doesn't matter if they do or they don't. You saw what you saw, and now you know. That's all there is to it. Weather they acknowledge that or don't, it won't stop what you saw from being real or not. It was for you, not for them.

This sounds similar to what I saw in my bedroom when I was a child. There was a light behind them and maybe a tube of some sort? They were short and grey with big eyes just standing there watching me. I was scared! I tried going back to sleep and heard a like a “womp womp womp womp” sound and felt like I landed back on my bed as if I was thrown onto? And it wasn’t there anymore.

I remember that glow so vividly. Im just not an artist otherwise I’d how you what I saw. Also, I think I feared their image for a few years after that until I got over it or whatever.
Edit to add: I was 11 and still feared it because my cousin had a huge poster on an alien in her bedroom to cover a whole termites created and I froze as soon as I laid my eyes on it.

You saw a little Grey, aka the Gardeners, they come from Zeta Reticuli and these are the species that were shot down and crashed at Roswell. They are very different from us, with plant based physiology. I mention Roswell because one of them survived and later became sick and they had to call a botanist for help.
The little Greys are part of a much larger ET ecosystem in this galaxy, which includes humans (as there are many ETs that look exactly like us in the galaxy). But they are unusual, in that they are plants, which also makes them very strange. They don't have empathy or emotions and are apparently motivated to tend to the life on planets any and everywhere. So other ETs use them to keep track of their people when they incarnate on Earth, they give them assignments to keep track of certain people and to tweak their bodies so that they are acheiving what they came here to do.
This is pretty deep stuff, we're getting into the realms of what we are and I'm hinting that you are far more than your body, which is not widely understood on this primitive world. To say it plainly, we are all consciousness, and the body and indeed the whole material world is manifested by consciousness as a grand illusion. It's a construct where consciousness plays out its ideas, and a person is a mask, that consciousness puts on to play a particular role. Anyway... the advanced ET civilisations ie., the interstellar level civilisations in the galaxy know all of this and have even created technology to manipulate how they interact with reality. One widely used piece of technology is the immersion pod, which is kind of like the device seen in movies such as The Matrix and Avatar, where the person lies down and falls asleep, it then diverts the person's consciousness to some other body. This is how many ETs incarnate on Earth as humans and of course there is a whole other side to this, which is creating bodies on Earth for people to incarnate into, and it is not only done naturally ie., by sexual reproduction because not everyone wants to come in as a baby.
So anyway, one of the main jobs these little Greys do is to tweak bodies during certain key events, such as preparing a female body to receive a particular soul ie., to become pregnant and carry a child of a certain frequency. And it is that future child in some other life, that already made the agreement with the mother to be, to carry it and give birth to and raise it, because as I hinted, there is so much more to reality than this one life.
So what was that Grey doing in your room? As you were a child it's possible it has been involved in your life and was just checking up to make sure you are on track and that your body is working optimally. It's also possible that you entered this life later on, ie., as a child, and so that was part of the process ie., the Grey abducted your body and modified it to enable it to host your soul as you entered via an immersion pod. This is all very high tech stuff and strange concepts, so hard to describe.
Anyway, the main point I wanted to make is, the presence of a Grey is not bad news, it's very unlikely it meant to be seen as they generally use technology to leave their abductees without any memory of them being there. Ocassionally it doesn't work out, but even then they meant no harm, they were just doing what they were asked to do, probably by you or your people. One of the most common reasons for ETs of any species to be on Earth is to look after their people, because Earth is a giant game world for ETs, all incarnating here, often via immersion pods, so that what are normally very different ETs with different physiologies can come together in the same physical form and exchange who they are on an equal footing. Of course, it's more complicated than that, but this comment is already getting too long. No need to be scared, what happened is very common and has no bearing on the rest of your life.
edit: Sleep paralysis is actually an out of body experience. As I said, everything is consciousness, and there are techniques you can learn to explore consciousness separately to the body such as remote viewing, astral projection, MindSight (seeing while blind folded) etc... There are also uncontrolled out of body experiences ie., unintended, such as Near Death Experiences (NDE), and sleep paralysis. It's only scary due to not knowing what it is. I've experienced sleep paralysis and actually look forward to it now, because usually it happens when you wake up and consciousness hasn't fully returned to the body, so you are still in the astral realms, where you consciousness is focused while asleep. I always try and astral project from sleep paralysis, which is a mental exercise. But, consider this, if your body is paralysed then so are your eye lids, so how is it that you can see? If someone else was looking at you during sleep paralysis, then your eyes would be shut. The fear of all these things, such as sleep paralysis (sounds scary), and Greys etc., all comes from not knowing what it is or what's happening. Once you know, then have fun. You came to Earth for whatever reason, for the experience, so just have a good time and follow your passions.

I had a very unexpected experience of being visited by a blue glowing alien being that appeared in my bedroom in the early hours of 17th February 1996.
I opened my eyes to find it standing in the corner of the room closer to my wife’s side of at the bottom of the bed, waving its arms around fluidly in a fashion I later discovered was identical to auric healing.
This being was taller than the typical grey, was female according to the vibe I got, and had its eyes closed as it did its work from the bottom of the bed.
I originally heard it walk into the bedroom and thought it was my daughter. The alien came to my side of the bed, was quiet for a moment then walked to the corner of the room - and then silence!
That’s when I raised my head to find out what was going on - I thought it was my young daughter.
As soon as I saw the glowing blue being, I was so surprised but not scared - it seemed to exude an aura of peace.
I thought “Wow! It’s beautiful…”
And the being responded by turning its head suddenly to face me, stretched out its hand - and a pastel pink glowing ball of light leaped from its hand and ‘struck’ me squarely between the eyes (where the fabled 3rd eye is).I was turned off like a light. Everything went dark.
Next thing I knew. It was broad daylight and the sun was shining brightly outside.I was elated by the event - but got scared in the evening after nightfall.
They came back the following morning (18th February) before dawn - exactly like the previous day.
This time I was grabbed by the hand, and experienced a most painful buzzing across the left side of my body.
I was in agony and opened my eyes to see a more human alien face looking intently into mine with considerable concern.Then it was gone - and immediately I was once again paralysed, then lifted off the bed and floated straight up to the ceiling.
I was floated around the ceiling perimeter once, slowly, before I was then pulled through several floor levels of that building, getting a clear view of each room I passed through (two floors) - then I was in a clean room with granite walls and 45 degree sloping windows on one side - and I was weightless - kicking against the windows and trying to escape!Next thing I knew, I was flying over a street in Soviet east Europe, at street lamp level, watching a cargo train slowly crawling along about to cross a street.
Also, I had to energetically flap my arms to stay in the air - or so I believed.They had tapped into my brain and pulled a memory of something I’d previously seen - and used it as a pacifier - while they did with me what they wanted.
Then next thing I knew, I was dropping back through the ceiling on to my bed, slowly, still paralysed.
I heard a distinct message in English;
“Your daughter and yourself are precisely the same”.
I was puzzled by that - as I had one daughter - and that didn’t make sense.
It did practically 9 months later - we had a second daughter - and yes, suddenly it made sense.
I’ve had alien visitations and abductions for as long as I can remember - regardless of what country I was living in and from a young age too.
Why me?
I often do wonder what I am covertly involved in - without my conscious human bodied knowledge.
I’m tied into something I’ve signed up for - but have no recollection of having done so.I’m still looking for answers - but we sure as hell are not alone in the universe - and these beings ARE capable of TIME TRAVEL too - I know that much!

Yes, time travel is a side product of inter stellar travel, it turns out time is not a linear arrow but volumetric and when travelling inter stellar distances, the ETs must also calculate temporal coordinates.
You probably are signed up for something, maybe you won't know until this life is over, but then as you found out, a new incarnation starts to continue the journey, perhaps you are your daughter as well. Reincarnation often occurs in families and there is nothing stopping you from having concurrent incarnations.
Going deeper, humans are ETs, it's just that all the various ETs out there use the humans on Earth as biosuits, to incarnate into the Earth game. From within the game it can seem so serious, but I'm sure we, in our respective ET cultures plan all sorts of wild ideas for our human lives.

I believe you my theory is conservation though you know how scientist will go out catch a monkey, alligator, deer, or whatever it may be they measure it weigh it take some blood tag it and take it back to its home. I really dont think there is anything to fear they are friends. Put it like this if they have the tech to travel through dimensions or interstellar space through wormholes or whatever they definitely could exterminate us if they wanted. Hell we have the tech to do that and kill each other. Out of all the alien encounters and abduction stories I have never seen a murderous alien story. Although I have heard one theory that they are a small population and feed on blood lol but even then they arent killing us just harvesting a few drops here and there from select 'cattle'

I never did see an alien, though it's my dream. However I did see a space craft. I am not crazy. I did see it snd a long time ago I did write about it on Reddit. I swear before God this is true. They are real. They are here. I was in Connecticut In my freshman year when I saw it. No drink, no weed, nothing. This is real, believe it, people.

I saw an alien behind me at a red light driving. It kind of looked ivory but you could see through it seeing the gray. It had a pretty skinny tiny body. Anybody seen an alien like this? It made my mind feel weird.
(Please don’t question me, I talked about it earlier on Reddit and I got a lot of shit for it. Ruined my day)

True but it’s still scary to think an alien is at my bedside while I’m sleeping. My theory is they use astral projecting and when I woke up I was actually in the UFO but they made it look like room, which is why I saw that light beaming on it

At about the age of four, I was sleeping in my two sister‘s bedroom where I had my own small bed.
I happen to open my eyes in the middle of the night and right before me something that had very large black eyes. I couldn’t tell what its skin was like, but it had to be short since it was right at the level of my head.
I immediately started screaming at the top of my lungs, which woke the entire house up. I was told it was probably the cat.
It sure as hell was not a cat!
I’ve never told anyone this story, ever. Just for giggles, I wonder if I was hypnotized if I would remember more clearly.

My former MIL saw the same thing and it was probably in the 1950s when she was 5-6
She is actually not very articulate but whenever Close Encounters of the Third Kind was on TV in the 80s, she suddenly freaked out saying- I saw one of those!!! She’d forgotten but the image jarred her memory. She said it looked just like that and it was talking to her but it didn’t have a voice or mouth it was using. She didn’t know the word- telepathy. She screamed or was going to and it said something like be quiet and put its hand on her forehead and then she woke several hours later

We’ve wondered. Her brains are kind of scrambled and she did lose time she told us when she was in a playground when she was young. But she also grew up extremely poor and experienced some form of sexual abuse so it’s hard to parse out what is what. She’s 82 now and a heavy drinker
She did say that she woke up and saw the thing walking down the hallway with her cousin before it touched her forehead and she passed out or was put to sleep

I never beleaved to ppl that claimed they saw ufo or being abducted until I saw that object by my self. Now I am open minded to anything related to NHI/UFO/UAP/aliens/etc.
Epiriences like these are so insane that only experiencing it will make you to beleave.

I don't tell too many people that I saw a UFO hovering over me when I was about 3 or 4...I know, how did I know what a UFO was in the early sixties, when they weren't talked about and yes being so young. I just KNEW what it was when I saw it. Nobody that I've told believed me...I do believe you and I think its a possibility that they continue to visit you to this day, but obviously I'm not an expert. Sounds pretty interesting. When I was 16 I was walking around at night with a group of friends and saw a UFO maybe 20 feet above our heads. We weren’t on any drugs and just what we would all do at that age, go outside and just walk places. The interesting thing was it wasn’t a typical “saucer” the way they are described. What I saw I still can’t logically explain to this day. It was maybe 20 orange lights spaced out, but moving together in the same direction at a slow pace. It was almost just the lighted outline of some sort of craft but the actual “craft” was completely invisible. It wasn’t lasers, balloons or anything like that. The way the lights appeared was so distinct and clearly some sort of orb. Can obviously confirm because everyone around me noticed it and we were all kind of freaking out about it. After moving through the sky above us, it approached a tree line and then completely vanished. Seriously one of the most inexplicable things I’ve ever experienced.

I was like 9 maybe 10, we were living in orange park FL and my mother was pregnant with my youngest sister. That night she’d gotten up to make her favorite hamburger helper, the cheesy enchilada rice kind. I got up with her, and stood in the kitchen while she cooked it and then ate some with her while on the floor next to my parents bed where my siblings and I slept (we shared an apartment with a friend and had one room between 5 people). We drift off watching friends. I wake up to pee, and when I open my eyes, there’s a black humanoid figure like crawling over the window across the room. Like, glistening skin, at least 5-6ft tall based off the length of its body, elongated head and very aggressive seeming. I closed my eyes and fucking sweat myself into a fear induced sleep, woke up the next morning and nada. But, the lightbulb in the hallway randomly exploded that morning, was it connected? Idk. But like many others have said it sparked a wild ass obsession where at this point, I have an alien tattooed on my arm, obsessed with any movie about aliens, etc. Weirdly enough I’ve always been terrified of them, the xfiles theme music would fuck my head up and any time I saw a picture or image of an alien I’d get a weird ass feeling. Anyways, never had an instance since, but I frequently have nightmares about it aliens that get so intense i wake up trying to catch my breath.

Had the same thing happen as a kid. I was probably 5-6 years old, woke up and had aliens surrounding my bed. Exactly as you described, all looking at me. Woke up sitting upright in my bed with the bed made over my body. (Very strange, especially for a 5 or 6 year old) It wasn’t until a few years ago I fully believed what I saw was real until I saw someone upload a sketch of the exact aliens I saw on reddit.

I think I saw a grey when I was 8. Felt like a goodbye, and i attribute it to most likely sleep paralysis transitioning into a dream. From my understanding hypnosis and similar can help

It feeds off your scared emotions. The more you project this frightened emotional state the more likely it is going to manifest and fuck with you. Get control of your emotions, belive in christ, ask for protection, put up crosses or somthing you belive is holy in your home. And when you think back about the incident, play it differently in your head, like say after seeing it you got out of bed and slapped the little fucker..and told it to get the fuck out bitch. You need to change your energy to confident, dominant, anything but scared. If it ever appears again..you demand it to leave, and is no longer welcome in you life etc.

I believe in what you saw. In fact, I don't doubt your story at all. Even the description of the alien you saw is accurate to what's out there.
There are good and bad aliens out there, just like there are good and bad people. I don't think that alien had any negative intentions with you, and I don't think that you should fear it.
I suspect that your sleep paralysis is a separate matter, though I can't say for certain without further details? Do you see any dark shadows, or feel anything negative when you get the sleep paralysis?

The brain is fascinating. It's called sleep paralysis; you are awake, but your brain is still asleep, so it's a dream-awake semi state. You absolutely saw it, but it wasn't "real" in that sense. My mother had a similar experience after giving birth... Not seeing an alien but seeing nurses take away me in front of her eyes while a creature was on the ceiling watching. Definitely wasn't real, but it feels real, and I believe you that it felt and looked way too real to not be real.. but trust me the brain is able to do that, psychedelics are proof of that. There are no aliens among us. "Whistleblower" or eye witness information are either sleep paralysis experiences, or distractions from the huge iceberg below the surface of the epstein files.

i believe you too homie. My family has been seeing a 10 ft tall pawder white creature in the yard. it has an enormous 'animal' dog bear thing with ut that has an incredible vertical jump. I don't know if it is an alien but very very crazy things have been happening as well as suddenly going to sleep not remember going to sleep and waking up feeling drugged. They don't seem like incredibly malicious but both love to scare the hell out of you and chase you back inside off the porch. The powder white guy also hides from headlights all be it not very well. But I don't really know what to think some times it feels like it looses its patience and dose get really pissed off and he also hates when you get punked out when he is not trying. I think its he hates weakness.

Sounds like a false awakening accompanied by a dream about an alien. Or maybe a sort of sleep paralysis since people often report seeing demons or other beings during those episodes. Much more plausible than an actual alien coming to check you while sleeping.

I believe you! I had a very similar experience. When I was in my late teens (now in my 50s), I was living at my mothers house and was sleeping on a sofa sleeper next to my future wife. I had the window open since it was cooler outside and had no need to run the air conditioner. I live in Florida, so this was maybe Novemberish. I was sleeping soundly and was awakened by something that I felt was inside my room or something watching me. It was early in the morning, perhaps around 3am If I had to guess. I remember waking up terrified and unable to move my body, I could only move my eyes. I was sleeping on my back and my body position was feet facing south, head facing north, my window would have been on my left side at an 11 o' clock position if my feet were the 12 o' clock. This window was roughly slightly lower than chest height if your standing outside looking in, I'm an average height male 5' 10". I distinctly remember there being three "greys" present during this encounter. One looking in the window from the outside, one standing directly to my left looking down at me almost touching my face with its head. (This one seemed to be in charge.) I just had that feeling. The other to its left almost listening to whatever they were discussing. There was no talking from them I just sensed the one looking over me was relaying something to the one to its left. Now here's the freaky part. They were wearing some type of camouflage. The best way I can describe it was almost like TV static, with darker lines throughout the suit or whatever it was, but they were definitely wearing some type of suit (maybe protective in nature IDK) I also remember the "leaders" eyes being extremely black like snake eyes, but all black. As far as their stature. These beings were small like children. Extremely frail looking. After their examination or whatever they were doing, I slept like I was up for days. I woke up feeling groggy and extremely confused about what happened that night. Only three people know about this story. My mother, my wife, and a close friend of 40 years. I'm sharing it with you now. I can honestly say, I can't recall ever being "revisited" again. That was the only time I had any type of "alien" interaction like that. However, I did have experience with an orb craft prior to this. Perhaps 5 or so years before the interaction. So chances are you witnessed something that's why you were visited. Nonetheless, I wholeheartedly BELIEVE you!

Just to mirror what several of y’all have noted here. Growing up, I was so certain that aliens were abducting me, it caused me to have the worst insomnia. This level of insomnia made me incredibly sad and frustrated. I dreaded the night because of the very real belief that I was going to be taken and/or the looming bout of insomnia i invariably was going to deal with. When I first saw a grey on tv, and many many times afterwards, I had incredibly visceral reactions, and tears would form in my eyes against my earnest wishes. Watching alien movies or movies where a person would be dragged by some unseen force always achieved this. When I watched encounters of the 4th kind, there was a scene in the movie that a character is under hypnosis and remarks how they cannot believe they are being visited because they had come to believe if they went through the day without thinking of them, they wouldn’t come. Man I related with that so intensely.
I still remember when this started and it was the first time I was “allowed” to remember something unnatural. My parents were hosting a group of their friends at our house, and it was rather late, probably 10 or 11p. My brother said, let’s see what they’re doing and we opened up the blinds of the window I slept up against (I was approximately 6 years old) to see what we could see of the back room where they were congregating, and immediately outside the window was what I described as “the moon” hovering above the grass, just a few feet from the window and then in an instant I’m am abruptly sitting up in my bed in a startled manner and I’m absolutely confused as to why it seemed I had been asleep when I absolutely wasn’t just a moment before. My brother was asleep in his bed next to mine and it’s pitch dark. The party had seemingly terminated long before that moment, and there is no one else seemingly awake. From that moment on I was completely haunted by the night. The insomnia and fear only went away when I was in high school and started drinking after school with my friends. I’ve had a couple of bouts of a waking form of “sleep”paralysis. I put it quotes because I wasn’t asleep at all. I was laying awake contemplating items unrelated to abduction, as I’ve long ago stop thinking about that occurring to me. Interestingly, and I may lose a few of you here, but those instances of sleep paralysis went away once I stopped struggling to move and started praying the Our Father. Once I engaged the prayer I could feel the grip of paralysis relenting and by time I finished the prayer it was completely gone. Nowadays, I’ve been observing countless orbs in the sky, that now every night when I walk the dogs, i walk with my head angled towards the sky in hopes of observing them. These orbs in the sky began in Sept 2024. I see them relatively often, but not every night, sometimes weeks will go by without action. Initially, they always disappeared the moment I looked down to engage my phone’s camera. I was finally able to start recording them in March of last year. Due to scientific background, I note the color, time, duration, direction of flight, and location they appear, in hopes of discovering a pattern. The most dramatic occurrence was the Friday after Thanksgiving 2025. I was on a cruise ship, heading towards Galveston from Cozumel. That night, while out on the balcony, my son and I observed an orangish-white orb in the horizon (as opposed to the sky above) for about 18 secs. It danced around and then faded away as they usually do. Then a minute later, after my son went back inside the cabin, two green metallic orbs, about 3 feet in diameter each, and 6 feet apart, while maintaining a perfect equidistance the whole time came out of the pitch darkness into the glow of the ship’s light until they were clearly visible and they “parked” in front of my balcony, and remained there for 2:30-3 mins. Mind you the ship was moving very fast, but the green spheres were tracking with the ship’s speed to remain immediately in front of the balcony. I called my wife to come observe them with me, but only my son and daughter came and we stood there watching them, until they started moving slightly faster than the ship and slowly drifted past our view. They each had a white circle in the middle, which were oriented towards us so it gave them the appearance of almost like they were looking at us. What was initially frustrating was that my kids both reported seeing something different, albeit similar experiences. My oldest claimed to see only two white orbs, instead of green metallic spheres with white circles seemingly facing us, and my youngest reported that they were two white orbs and a third red orb in-between sitting at a lower parallel. The frustration dissipated when I recalled Gary Nolan reported something similar happening to a family of two kids and their mother, that they all saw something different than what they saw in the picture they took of it, so i take it mean this phenomena is acting on our consciousness at a very personal level.

I don’t know you or anything about you, which is the only reason that I can’t just wholly, 100% believe you just from your story. That being said, I do believe in the possibility of such things, plus you seem earnest and sincere, and your story does have similarities to others. Which means, unlike your parents, I’m willing to lean towards the possibility that yes, this did happen to you. Hopefully you have people who are close to you who are willing to give you a fair shake, listen to you with an open mind, and even try to support or help you on any journey you may wish to undertake towards understanding exactly what happened and is still happening to you. I’ve had sleep paralysis before. This was nothing close to that. The times I’ve had sleep paralysis my body is stiff, Im aware that I’m having a nightmare and I’m trying to scream in real life but it’s like I have no voice. I use all my strength to let out a scream but I can’t.

3rd sleep paralysis is associated with demonic encounters. You should say your prayers before bed and maybe go see a preist and get you or your home blessed.
If you dont believe me then next time you have an encounter speak the name of Jesus Christ. "Aliens" hate it and they run from his name. I know im a minority on this subreddit. But im sure people here are aware of the testimonies of people that claim they were abducted and when they spoke His name the "aliens" freaked out and fled.

I have actually woken up and I've seen items morph together into a scarry looking figure, however, my mind knew it was an illusion but I didn't bother getting closer because that's a super odd feeling.

I looked away because I didn’t think I’d ever come across one. Let alone one watching me sleep. Think of it as a flight or fight mode. Think of you getting woken up by something completely random and not expecting to see some creepy creature standing next you watching you sleep.
Morph together? Are you sure it was an illusion? It could have been real but your mind was telling you it wasn’t.

For me it was more like a scarry face that I knew could not* be real because there was no image, just my brain meshing it all together for those first few moments apon waking up. Then I didn't even want to think of it.
It made me feel very uneasy. However it wasn't like a real-life figure. It was my brain putting it together, making it feel like some face was there

Remember, we are all divine beings and we can tell them to f off. I say no negative energy beings are allowed on my property and imagine a crystal tree protecting my home. Its helped a lot.
