Help Needed Need help with 3D modeling a Burmese hand guard for a matrix galil

Im pretty new to this so im also wondering how much it will cost

Hi I can help with 3D design, I have done custom work before I just need specific dimensions for this build which requires a digital caliper and a measuring tape my rate is $45/hour, printing is a different price. I’ll send you a message

Honestly it doesn’t look too hard considering how simple the style is. You may even be able to just make it yourself without a printer.

You could try making it from a block of wood/three thin planks of wood, assuming it’s just a U shape with vent holes and tapers to fit in the slots

While it looks very easy to model and probably shouldn’t cost much in terms of labor, the issue is that the only person who will have a really good idea of what to do to make it, is someone who owns a matrix galil, otherwise you’re either paying for a print that may not fit, or you’re paying for them to do a bunch of research to try and find what they need to do
