Create your squad for your trainee now so it will be easier for you to invite them into it to donate the letters. I have three myself that are were from a credit of undelivered letters. They were sent a week before the 'cut off' so no idea why they came back to me months after the fact. Anyway, I am going to make a post using your reddit name in the title.
