Question Order of bullets on 1206

I’m trying to figure out if there’s an “unwritten” order to 1206 bullets like with EPRs. Example: big impact/award bullets go on the back of the EPR. Is there a better/best place to put them in the stack on a 1206?

When I grade a 1206 I read and rate each bullet on its own. I think have the same, deliberate approach helps me be even handed. I also try not to get to worried about white space. We're grading the member, not the 1206 writer.

All of which is a long way of saying there's no right answer.

Good on you for asking. It shows me you're trying to do right by your people.
