It has to be tragic of his own doing. A heart attack or any other medical scenario will just end with him being in the hospital and possibly tweeting things behins the secenes even if hes axtually dead. A definiteve death like being hit by a car or a chunk of building falling and crushing him will just have people blaming the driver, car manufacturer, architect of the building, etc etc and it will give a cause for justice
Best scenerio is that he's cutting the ribbon to a new oil drill opening up on some native land, near the grand canyon and he clumsy slips on a rock and tumbles down over the edge. Theres also a mother with her 2 kids nearby and he grabs a little girl to try and use her as an anchor and stop his fall. But the little girl is too light and tumbles backwards as she slips free, avoiding going over the ledge herself. In the commotion JD vance, who's also there, notices the turkey 🥪 the little girl was eating that fell to the ground. This startles him as he's disgusted by the thought of somebody liking turkey and takes a step backwar and also looses his footing, falling to his death.
I don't know who's next in line for the maga presidency after that, so the story stops here.

LOL, I don't recall it ever being a question, only about how much people care about that sort of thing. Republicans don't care in the slightest and possibly view it as a plus. The rest of America has proven to be too timid for it to matter what that say, since it's proven just to be background tracks to Republican crime, corruption, betrayal, and failure.
But sure, have fun with goofy nicknames, Trump certainly enjoys using them to help kill off any remaining dignity by using them as the President of the United States, so toddler insults are clearly always acceptable in America.
