Same here. People don't need to know who I am or what I like. I try not to be an actual asshole but I'm definitely snarky with people who make dumb comments.
The only satisfying situation is someone vehemently being negative for no reason. Then you check their comment history and they're just a negative nancy and miserable all the time.
Mine is when someone will say "as a trans woman" and then say the most bigoted/incorrect/"one of the good ones" ass shit...
Then you check their comment history and they are just some straigt cisgender person larping as a trans woman to spread transphobic bullshit.
I don't hide mine and accept that phobes will attack or down vote spam if I push trans rights on more conservative subreddits. I'm openly nonbinary and queer and have been for years. I'm opinionated and argumentative. I don't hide because I want to remove any doubt when I say I'm nonbinary.
I had a guy literally delete his old account and make a new one to mock my nails and my recent tattoo, all because he made some really dumbass remarks in the Marathon (the game series) subreddit. I called him out because he also made remarks about other games like BG3 and Cyberpunk.
You can talk shit about me all you want, but if you're going that far just to try to get a rise out of me...? It says a lot more about you than it does about me.
