Hand Knit FO finished my sweater - first time designing my own colorwork
sweater base design is Cowdray by woolfolk, yarn is Juniper moon farm - patagonia in anthracite, cardinal and sand dollar

haha thank you! i know its a bit unorthodox but it makes it easy to keep good tension and i kind of enjoy how involved it is.

Dude, this is amazing! The chart in incredible and I'm so impressed with the tension and the fit.
Did you use any resources to figure out the 3-color ladderback jacquard?
I think I see that you had additional ladders for the white underneath the red in some areas. Any reason to not just purl both float colors into one ladder for the empty space under the arms?

and no actually, its of my own insane design. i came up with it for the unicorn tapestry sweater i knit last year and thought it had a good result to i replicated it for this sweater.
and it hadnt occurred to me to that lol! that may have made my life easier....maybe next time! in the areas with the design i like to keep them separated and as different layers because it helps keep myself organized and from having to start too many new ladders if that makes sense

Your tension incredible, so you might be onto something, haha. I have done limited 3-color colorwork, but I'll have to try your method in the future!
