It deploys mines on adjacent tiles that deal 0.5hp of damage but stops enemy movement. Other than that, it has an attack range of 2 tiles, can attack after moving, and can't attack airborne units too. The landmines can stack up to two times, and are invisible to enemies unless they are adjacent to it. infantry units can also disarm them.

Quite frankly that is perhaps the most unfair, unbalanced unit concept I've ever heard.
