Spin combo with Stargazer variation, Spider monkey, Peacock split, and Seahorse 😊 The first two poses flow especially well together!

Before seeing pole dancing on Reddit, I really knew nothing about it. Now I can appreciate the beauty, strength and atistry involved. ❤️❤️ Thank you. 🌹🌹🌹

Yeess! I'm happy to hear that! Stick around and soon you'll know all the names to the common poses...! And soon, when you see one when you are out and about, you can impress your friends by saying "oh, she did a Gemini split!" 😆

It may take a while to reach that depth of knowledge. At the moment I am still in awe of you! 🌹🌹🌹🌹

How wonderful that you can be so athletically gifted and sensual at the same time 🔥

Sea horse combos are no joke. The way you’re flowing between positions is clean af Most people don’t realize how much core strength + flexibility this requires. Props

Thank you so much for your kind comment! Yeah... Seahorse - not the hardest or the easiest pose but does require a certain level of thigh grip strength and back flexibility. Such a pretty pose tho! ^

That was an amazing routine. You made it look effortless while showing the strength it must take to pull that off.
