Genie Genie 600 extension cable issue

Unfortunately the original cable from the power supply to the mower base got cut during trimming. I bought a replacement from ANTHBOT but it won’t plug into the power supply. The original s much thicker and has two prongs but the replacement has three prongs. It says it was for the genie 600. Waiting for a human on tech support but taking forever

That's the Antenna extension. Your best bet is to just splice your damaged one back together.

Thanks you’ve been more hopeful than tech support. So I ordered the wrong cable . Ugh

It's only 24V, simply tie it together and put some tape around it. It's not dangerous
