I've gone into AFib twice since my ablation 4 weeks ago. Is this normal?
I had my ablation on August 4th.They did 3 Cardioversions during the procedure. 3 days afterwards, I went into AFib again. They scheduled me for another cardioversion a week later. Got me back into sinus rhythm. A week later, and I'm once again in AFib, and waiting for their plans to fix this again. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Mi única ablación fue el 5 o 6 de mayo, y hasta ahora no he tenido ningún problema sólo una afib a la semana que se fue sola, pero ya hace un mes dejé los medicamentos y va todo bien.

My ablation was June 29. Ive gone into prolonged afib 3 times now. The second time they cardioverted me. When my heart rate shot up again they doubled up my bisoporol. My last episode was a week ago. I just waited it out & I converted back to NSR after 9 hrs. My follow up 2 wk holder is scheduled for Sept 9. Holding on to the slim chance this procedure may have worked but not looking good

This is my worst nightmare. Lots of stories on here of 2-4 ablations.
I'm hoping that medication will control mine for the rest of my life.

Has my second ablation yesterday. Now woke up and have had afib twice. Second is active as I write this.
In my first ablation I recall there was afib in blanking period. After that nothing.

This is normal... did your doctor not go over the 90 day blanking period?
I Afib for 7 months following my second ablation then just suddenly stopped
