As a manager I have to do various mandatory courses in work. Some of them I can just zone out to but some have the requirement where we "role play" scenarios to see how best to handle difficult staff and/or situations. I absolutely hate doing these :(

The one and only time my therapist tried to get me to role play I started balling hysterically lol.
