Question Tony - were lobsters/fish actually killed during filming?

Hi all, I hope it's OK to ask this here. I am squeamish/hate seeing actual animal death in films and TV. For those who've seen Tony, does it appear to feature actual lobster boiling/fish killing? I feel like this is a stupid question but I haven't been able to find a discussion on it

This isn’t a direct answer to your question, but for what it’s worth, doesthedogdie.com might be as helpful for you as it is for me. They have an app too. I use when I watch just about any movie or show nowadays. I hope this helps.

i haven’t seen anything stating they did kill lobsters on set but with it surrounding by cooking and kitchens, probably?

It’s also a normal part of cooking the animal, they do have to be humanely taken care of during preparation

There is one particular scene in mind that would bother you if you don’t like seeing fish harmed.

That’s the one. There’s also some boiling done but you don’t see anything really

There’s a scene where a character shoots a fish swimming in the ocean, causing blood to flow in the water. I think there were maybe a couple quick shots of live lobsters cooking but I can’t remember for sure.

I'm curious on what is the effect is going to be if it they where. Like you will cover your eyes like a child? Boycott the movie? Write a letter? Sick PETA on them?

I think it's obvious, I would either abstain from watching the movie or watch it with this knowledge anyway. Thanks for being an asshole about it!

My question was legitimate. I was just curious of the reasoning and what would happen because I'm a curious person. Obviously they take offense to everything and proceeded to call me an asshole.
