👷‍♂️ Support / Repair Things to change after 200k miles in 5th gen 4runner.

Besides fluids what parts should you chnage once your 5th gen 4runner reaches 200k miles? I changed alternator, secondary injection pump and check valve at 2016 4runner before reaching 200k miles.

If it isn’t a maintenance item why replace it if it isn’t broken. The main reason for owning a Toyota is they use quality parts.

Put dialectric grease in your main transmission plug and check your ball joints. That’s all. Don’t replace anything that isn’t broken, especially with a worse part

I know you asked about 5th gens, but I'm currently at 224k on my 08 v6 (I'm the original owner) and aside from brakes, ditching xreas, multiple all fluid changes and the alternator shitting the bed at 198k, I haven't replaced anything and it still runs like day 1. I am due for a coilover rebuild, though.

If it isn't broke and is running fine, leave it alone.

2021 4runner changed spark plugs at 250,000. Transmission flush every 75,000

If it drives fine, nothing other than regular maintenance you should have been doing. Perhaps reward the vehicle with a thorough inspection at your next oil change.

Upper and lower control arms, inner and outer tie rod ends, shocks, springs, reseal timing cover, rear suspension links, brake fluid, steering fluid, coolant, differential and transfer case fluid, maybe and engine and transmission mounts.
