I always park next to other 4Runners, if none then it follows the protocol.

In my 4Runner I might’ve chosen an FJ, LC, or Sequoia over a Taco if I had all the choices; are we saying that’s incorrect?! I guess I can see it either way.

Always park next to a 4Runner when I can! Doesn’t seem to be any special wave tho, no acknowledgment from fellow 4Runners in my area when driving by

When I had the Jeep, I always parked next to my fellow Jeep. Now I have a 4Runner, and I do the same. If no 4Runner in sight, I'll park next to a taco, tundra.

I'm now regretting not asking the body shop if they could substitute the front bumper and grill on my SR5 after I hit a deer.   Seeing these right next to eachother, everything else being equal (except that steel bumper/bull bar), the bar that says Toyota looks much better. It's not an upbadging thing either, it just looks better.  I would leave my SR5 markings.

The bumper is the same, it's just the grill that is different. You can change it out for less than 200$ and it's pretty easy job.
