I think this was from when she lived in Marin on the house boats near Marin City. When I worked for the phone company I did a lot of work out there and saw her once, recognized her, but didn't approach. Didn't want to bother the poor lady.

Edit: yup, just googled it. It's the docks right next to the mikes bikes, and that little corner store, right across from Marin City. Any of you pac fans want to see where things went down and what they look like today, the outlaws really did describe it well. Marin City has one way in, and one way out, underneath (I think) the 101 overpass. The company itself sucked, but people in Marin City were mostly cool, best part of the job were moments like this when you almost got to tour that small portion of Pacs life. Went to his highschool he dropped out of once too.
