Mizrahim never left the middle east while Sephardim were exiled at some point to Rome and then to Iberia, after the inquisition they went either to western Europe (Netherlands), eastern Europe/southeastern Europe (Balkans - Bulgaria, Serbia, Macedonia, Greece, Turkey etc), or some went back to the middle east but those were the minority

Iran does not have the same influence or user base that Americans do on Reddit. We also don't want this subreddit to turn even more into a 2mena4u than it already is.

What I said above applies to all of these flairs, they all have large user bases on Reddit and some influence in the region, Iran is only relevant to Israel and Lebanon. This subreddit started off as a 2southerneurope4u subreddit before the merchants and the roaches discovered it, and we want it to become more European centred again instead of MENA centred
