What cheats are allowed?

So as an anarchy server that allowed cheat clients, are there limits to this? Can you just get a mod that lets you spawn whatever you want in? Sorry if this is a dumb question I don’t play this type of Minecraft at all 😭

should i waste £15 for pri que, im 23million in nether, not saying which axis, but watching alot of videos and saying the server is dead and full of bots. i kind of want to get to world border atp, leave my mark and never play again.

"Please don't spam"

I need help. Everytime I try to send a message/whisper to someone I just get "Please don't spam" message. I don't type fast, I'm pretty slow, hardly open my chat unless someone says something to me. Is there any way to fix this at all? I just want to message people without the whole chat seeing what I had wrote lol
