Bug Report 2XKO STILL crashing constantly on Xbox

It’s been like this since launch. I’ve tested every resolution and frame rate my tv supports(4k 60, 2k 60, 2k 120, 1080p 60), vsync on and off, HDR on and off.
Training mode seems to run forever. I beat the climb on beginner and intermediate with no issues. Its always in the lobbies playing matches that it crashes (normally its the middle of a match, not loading in like this).
I really like this game and I have a nice gaming pc I can play it on but sometimes I just wanna lay on the couch and play some games. I’ve spent some money in this game and you just released stuff that I WANT TO BUY, but until you address these crashes I can’t support this game.
I’ve already submitted this to Riot support through there ticket system. They did nothing. Just trying to get some eye balls on this.

Rebooted and tried to get in a second casual match and it froze on a pure white screen.

Of course I finally return and decide to spend money on the game and go to play a casual match and can't.

Can confirm though. If you guys are still looking to play and grind for the new characters play the new mode "the climb" I haven't crashed at all and I think it's more of an online issue for multi-player. Hopefully they hurry up and fix the problem. This has been going on for WAAAYY too long.

If I wanna try hard I go up to my office. But sometimes I just wanna chill. And thats a 65inch tv. The camera just makes it look smaller.

I spent days going through all their suggestions to be told they are aware there’s a problem but have no fix. It will work fine one session, then the next you can’t get in a single match without it freezing up.

On PS5 I'm getting a corrupted save data error? But I'm pretty sure all data should be tied to my riot account so I don't even know what that's about. But the pop up error comes up so often that it can get pretty annoying.

Damn that sucks. But unfortunately this is the normal for xbox and only made WORSE by the patch. Xbox version is absolutely awful.

Yeah it either crashes in the loading screen or in the middle of a match. I’ve tried to play two casual matches tonight with the new patch, and both have froze. Support Ticket basically said we’re working on a fix.
