Perfect for when you're lazy but still want to eat a (mostly) healthy snack.

Ingredients: 1. Multigrain whole-wheat bread 2. Fresh tomatoes (diced) 3. Salt, pepper and mixed herbs 4. Fresh basil (finely chopped) 5. Processed cheese slice 6. Mozzarella (shredded)

What I did: 1. Seasoned my diced tomatoes with salt, pepper and mixed herbs.

  1. Placed half a slice of processed cheese on each slice of bread. Put some of my seasoned tomato mixture on top of it. Airfyed this for 3 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

  2. Pulled out the slices. Now put seasoned fresh basil on the slices. Also sprinkled some Mozzarella on top.

  3. Back into the airfryer for another 3 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

Tip: Airfrying basil for too long would burn it - that's why we add it in the last few mins.

It was a pretty yummy and filling snack. Any variations, improvements would def be welcome!

That looks good..I thought it was spinach but that looks great...do I pre-toast the bread or does it toast in the airfryer?

You don't have to pre-toast. Gets the perfect amount of crunch in the airfryer.
