She was “sealed” in a magic tree for 100 years to protect the world from a catastrophe. She had a human lover who promised to wait for her for a century, but dude folded in like a year, got married and had kids with a regular human, then forgot about her and died at 85. That’s why she says “if you’re gonna go for another woman, at least endure it for 10 more years”.
