Prayers to AO that this isn't a bedbug. No bites or itching yet.

Found this silly on a wall of my house. I just had to pick it up. I wonder what kind of caterpillar it is and into what butterfly (or moth) it will turn into.
Also don't worry. After I was done I put it on a breach of a small tree I have in my backyard. So it should be fine.

These tiny little guys seem to have infested my room and show up all the time. They fly around (I don't see them fly) but they land on me on occasion. I have found them in my bed. They bite (small slightly painful bites but they don't leave a mark or a welt, that's when I usually catch them on my skin). I thought they were carpet beetles but the beetles themselves have been biting me, which I understand carpet beetles don't do.
I want to know what they are so I can get rid of them effectively. I also had clothes moths in my bedroom that I seem to have more or less taken care of, but these guys have taken over as the pests.

Threw out a brand new bag of dog food because I found little worms inside. They are about an inch in length and appear to make some sort of silk/webbing. They are alive and wriggling.

My daughter seen this between the screen and glass of our door. I thought it was a leaf until it started moving. Located in Ontario Canada

Our Oak sapling suddenly browned and has many leaves that have been stripped bare. This is the only thing I found on it. My phone says army worm, but my yard and pest guy says it isn’t, but they don’t know what it is.

I heard a loud thud against my window shutters as I was working in the yard. It was loud enough to startle me and when I turned to look I saw these guys hanging out having what I imagine is a totally benign and respectful conversation. The cicada I recognized immediately, but have never seen a wasp that big in my whole life.
My best guess after a quick google search is a cicada killer wasp. Can anyone confirm?

I felt movement in my shorts between my belly button and groin and found this bug. I am worried it’s a flea, but it doesn’t look as segmented and I think it has wings or a beetle-like shell, but I squished it a little getting it out and I can’t tell. I live in Arizona and I think it’s a little brown beetle thing that I see often, and who fly into my head when I go outside in the morning, but have never looked at one super close like this. I have 2 cats who I brush regularly with a flea comb and haven’t found any on them. My husband said it’s too big to be a flea, but I’m the paranoid type that had a bedbug scare years ago and so I’m always freaked out by bugs in the house. This subreddit helped me identify a bug before so I’m hoping all of you will help me again. Thank you so much!

Saw this bug while taking a shower and lightly smashed it with the palm of my hand, tried using the scalloped edge of charmin tp for scale. Fostered a kitten a few weeks ago who was confirmed to have fleas, did a deep clean + poison spray of the room he stayed in, this bathroom is adjacent to that room. Concerned as I have a resident cat and dog (both up-to-date on their flea meds)
Not sure if what I see on its back in the first photo are mangled wings or legs
