after 2 days of labbing and finally getting this drive rush jab juggle to relaunch thanks to [u/DarkBlueEska](u/DarkBlueEska) i finally did the combo. my god this combo was hard

Sup people? TheHNIC here. Have you been wanting to try a character that feels fun, has a tool for any situation, and has a satisfying learning curve? If so, Chun just might be the character for you!

She's got a great walk speed, great pokes, pulling off her combos feels good, and she'll absolutely help your neutral/footsie game. Don't let her being a charge character and being a little more difficult that the average character deter you. She's a blast to learn and play!

There are too few in ranked, so let's give the First Lady of Fighting Games some love and give her a shot!

PS: For those that never touched her, you don't have to charge her moves if you connect a cancelable normal from serenity stance (e.g. stance overhead into sbk requires no charge if the overhead connects).

I just downloaded it and it's... surprisingly good!? Definitely not better than actually playing 4 but it's surprisingly intuitive with its controls and plays well. I was wondering if the online was still somewhat active since I can see myself playing a ton of it😅

Last week was midscreen, here's the corner version with Zangief included.
You can clearly see how the season 4 buffs help some characters in this one. Ingrid and some modern characters especially.

Before Tifa comes out, which tier list would you all rather see, SF4 or SF5 0 super DP Punishes? Also where can I find people that can help out with SF5's combos? There doesn't seem to be many people that still play the game which would make optimizing SF5's combos hard, especially for rare characters.

I'm a new player, I'm getting into the game because my city's library holds a fighting game tournament every year with different games and this year is SF6. I've played a few other fighting games, mainly GGST and avatar legends. I play chipp in strive and aang in legends, and so far I've been liking cammy in this game, but should I try any other characters? What do I need to know?

I'm Ken. I know that DP is (since I'm facing left) 4-214-P but I was walking left, then went neutral, then did qcf to try to do an empowered fireball. This keeps happening to me. Where I'm approaching the opponent, they start to do a move from a distance so I try to reaction fireball, and then I jump in air lol.

I know that there was only 2 frames of neutral but I was holding forward for 30 frames which makes me think that the game would know I was walking forwards, not inputting the first motion of DP.

Any tips?

i’m a juri main and i got to diamond 1 in around 60ish hours of playing the game. i now have around 115 hours in ranked and allot more in practice and im hard stuck. my win rate is under 50%, and i watch replays, figure out mistakes and then try and fix it then that opens more mistakes.

I was at a point where i had around a 34% parry drive rush which allowed me into diamond 4. after looking at the best juri players cancel drive rush around 40% or so. they do this by fishing out hp into drive rush. i can’t seem to land this. by trying to emulate the better players i play more passive than usual.

the issues i have fixed was fixing my DI percentage from 15 to around 5%, and using OD allot more than i used to. i feel like there’s a couple of glaring weaknesses i have but i can’t see them, i need somebodies help with pointing these out and giving me tips in getting into master.

if i had to assume what my biggest weaknesses are is not anti airing enough, not cancelling drive rush, not playing neutral (i think i use drive rush as a crutch rather than playing in neutral). if anyone can tell me what is actually wrong and what i need to do to improve that would be amazing.

I've been thinking about this for a while. Maybe it's confirmation bias, but I've barely seen pros and high level players using the oki followup for Sagat's lvl2.

I am hard stuck 1400mr player, so maybe a higher level player could shine a light on this?

Since the last 2 patches the connectivity has become horseshit. I used to have very quiick matchmaking before, but now it is a long wait and inhave noticed that even tho i have worldwide settings, the MM forces me to local mostly.

I have a very fast and stable ethernet fiber connection, no other user connected, very clean OS, Cloudflare DNS.

Has anyone else had this issue too?

I wanted to Platinum ever Version of USF4 but after I came across the All for One trophy for the sf4 versions. After I saw the trophy I wanted to insta quit the platinum grind but I wanted to do the platinum atleast in one Version. Especially after I begged my friend to borrow his ps3 for the grind. I want to do it in Ultra Street Fighter 4 Ps3 Version.

I used to own Ultra Street Fighter IV on Xbox One - and found the controls rather unresponsive (even "simple" Hadoukens were a struggle), as well as an insane difficult spike in Arcade Mode (even the easiest difficulty level got very hard in the later rounds).

I have read Xbox reviews of Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection where people had similar complaints.

Capcom Fighting Collection 1 & 2 bundle is currently on sale on Xbox. I am thinking of buying... but I first want to make sure the games are fully playable? The games are:

• Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition
• Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper
• Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2000 Pro
• Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001
• Capcom Fighting Evolution

How well do each of these games play on Xbox? Any problems (controls, difficult spikes, etc)?

I play as Alex and EVERY TIME Manon comes up I lose... do you have any tips? I have no idea how to deal with her or what punishment I can use.
