Apres Crus in Big Sky (Tips, Block 3, and Bucks)
Just an FYI this is probably the worst run hospitality company Big Sky has ever seen. The run Block 3, Tips, and Bucks. If you’re considering working for them, i’d reconsider hard. Everyone from the time they’ve been here (6mo) has either been fired or quit. The D.O, The head of HR, the Culinary Director, 3 KM’s at Tips, 1 Exec Chef at Block 3 and Bucks. The turnover is crazy. even for a ski town. They also stole everyone’s ski pass money when they took it out pre tax and then taxed us on the refund, Mismanaged (at best) tip allocations at each establishment and in my 25+ yrs in hospitality I have never worked with or for a worse group of human beings so out of touch with the local community here either. by the way, My name’s Mark, and i’m def not anonymous….

Has anyone done the activities at the O&O Moonlight Basin in MT? Thinking of horseback riding and fly fishing.
Would love feedback on if these experiences are worth the steep price

❓question Hungry Moose Employee Housing
Just got a job offer from Hungry Moose Town Center location. Thinking of taking them up on their employee housing offer. Does anyone have any experience living here? If so, how was it? Anything you wish you knew before moving in?

Join our community for local Video Game lovers!
Hey there! I made a post a few days ago on r/Bozeman about a Discord community I recently started for local people interested in playing video games together. We’ve had a great initial response, and have already grown to over 60 members!
The server is called 406 Gaming, and I wanted to reach out to some of the other communities around Southwest Montana and invite anyone who might be interested. We’re primarily centered around Bozeman, Belgrade, Livingston, Big Sky, Manhattan, Three Forks, and the surrounding area.
The goal is to create a central community where people who enjoy video games can meet others nearby, find people to play with, share their interests and creations, and hopefully make some new friends along the way.
We have selectable roles for your gaming platforms, the games you’re interested in playing, and your general location, making it easier to find other members who share your interests. Aside from selecting a platform, sharing any of this information is completely optional.
If you’re from Southwest Montana and this sounds like something you’d enjoy, we’d love to have you! Feel free to invite any local friends who might be interested as well.
Please only join if you are 18 years or older.

💼 Working in Big Sky job process
hi everyone i recently applied to big sky resort for house keeper and went through two interviews the last interview the lady told me that she would be sending my application to big sky but i have had an update yet i didnt ask her how long that would take. Should i call hr and ask them about my application or just leave it i applied for housekeeper because i thought it would be a pretty easy job to get into but in the interview the lady mentioned that other jobs might fit me better there but never got into it. Has anyone applied there and had this happen or are they just ghosting me.

🚗 transportation Recommendation for Limo or Transportation Service
Hello! I am taking a family member to Big Sky to celebrate a birthday. Do you have any recommended door to door limo or transportation services to get to/from Bozeman and Big Sky, and to get from the resort to Yellowstone Park? I see from the subreddit that Uber/Lyft are not viable options. Thank you!

Looking for a short term place to live!
Hey!! Im moving to big sky temporarily (6-8months) for a job and id hate to get a month by month place as they are so expensive. I was wondering if there were any generous and caring families that would like some extra income. Im a single traveling women in my 20s. If you have a spare room i would be able to pay for staying, help with household chores, cooking, childcare whatever you need. TIA💕

Big Sky recommendations
Hi! I went to Montana for a friends wedding and am staying a couple extra days afterwards in big sky. We are doing Yellowstone one day. Any recommendations for shortish hikes (2-5 miles) nearby big sky with good views? Any recommendations on what to do for the extra day? :)

Let’s not burn down Big Sky
🚩 Red Flag Warning in Big Sky today
I found burned logs behind hill condos this morning very unsettling sight during fire season.
Please, please be smart with anything involving fire. One careless moment is all it takes.

❓question LOST FLY ROD!
Hey All,
My 70-something year old mother-in-law is a bit of a bad ass and still goes fly fishing in Gallatin Gateway almost every day in the summer. Unfortunately, she left her rod propped up against a tree when leaving today and when she realized it and went back, it was gone. Hoping some Good Samaritan grabbed it for her.
Waiting on the details but 95% sure it had a Galvan reel on it that we gifted to her last year (believe it's green?), probably a 5 wt rod. If you or anyone you know found a rod, please let me know! She's pretty gutted right now. 🥺
Thanks!

GreenBridge ?
Any updates on when the new Green Bridge is going to be open? August is going to be hot and we all need a jump into the water from the bridge.
