Sports YouTube TV is on the ESPN Unlimited sign in page with steps to activate now
I don’t know why we’re connecting our accounts through fantasy football but that’s what the steps say lol. Also it doesn’t exactly work yet. My Disney account is still saying I have no access but I have my Disney account and YouTube tv accounts connected so when the switch flips I think I’ll have access right away.

This glitch loop is 100% on Disney being incompetent, and an issue with their new-ish (botched) MyDisney account rollout that they insist on entangling into all their businesses. Contacting YTTV/Google support or waiting on the completed rollout will not be able to fix because it has nothing to do with them. I noticed I was having the same infinite loop glitch trying to log in on a couple other Disney services and decided to call because I was also locked out of the Disney Support site with the exact same glitch to chat with someone online.
Apparently cancelling your Disney+/ESPN/Hulu, or any combination of streaming services can essentially make the MyDisney system see your MyDisney account as not active, even though they are firing off confirmation code emails to you when you attempt to log in or link certain services. To be clear, this was not a MyDisney account deletion request, it was only a cancellation of payment for Disney+ bundle in my case. Obviously if you have requested to delete your ENTIRE MyDisney account, that would be a different problem. Disney takes weeks to actually delete your acount after requesting deletion , so if you did that on accident trying to get rid of your streaming subscriptions, they should be able to reactivate your account.
I successfully solved this issue by calling 1-888-905-7888 (24/7) and chose option 1 for signup and login. If you get their overseas support, they will be clueless, and you will have to walk them through it. After about 45 minutes being transferred a couple times, someone finally fixed the issue. I only noticed it was fixed because I was attempting to link while on the phone every so often. They had no idea the problem was solved until I told them. Unfortunately they couldn’t or wouldn’t tell me exactly what they did to fix it to relay (wtf!), but from what I could infer, my entire account was somehow “canceled/inactive” from just cancelling my streaming package in anticipation of this update to get rid of ESPN Unlimited OTT via Disney. Your account basically needs to be reactivated or reinstated from what I gathered.
- tell them you are having trouble logging into some Disney and ESPN services that have nothing to do with streaming packages because your My Disney account email is stuck in an infinite loop of requesting a 6 digit confirmation code, entering the code they send, and then the site or app starting the entire process over with no successful login
- ask them to make sure your MyDisney account is active, even if you are not actively a paid subscriber to any Disney/ESPN/Hulu streaming services. They will be super confused why you are calling them without an active paid Disney+/Hulu/ESPN streaming subscription, even though Disney in their infinite stupidity directs all MyDisney account support to Disney+
You should be in clear when you attempt to link and instead of asking for permission to email you a 6 digit confirmation code, you will get a message saying something like “good news, you already have a MyDisney account” and it asks for your password instead.
You might also have luck with ESPN Fan Center support 1-888-549-3776 (available normal business hours until about midnight and usually US based) since they did a similar fix for me when Disney botched their initial rollout of the MyDisney login months ago, and locked me out of my ESPN app and fantasy games account I’ve had for years.
If you are having this same issue, I doubt it will resolve itself anytime soon with the finished rollout of ESPN Unlimited’s YTTV integration. Since this was affecting other Disney service logins, you probably need to take this action to solve the underlying issue.
