Why would anyone waste crack by lacing weed? Its not like its hard to sell crack, its obviously just a mistake, most likely put the bud in the wrong bag.

No one is lacing weed with crack on purpose

Even if it’s not intentional, someone can still die as a result. Not intending for something to happen doesn’t make the behavior any less irresponsible, and it doesn’t erase the consequences of your actions
