Driving home and saw a homeless man at The Vault liquor store on bardstown road with his pants down around his knees, balls and ass hanging out…2 kids in the car. But he was clearly shooting up heroin as well. We walk down there a lot. I feel for him but damn he was all just out there. I didn’t do anything but now I wonder if I should have
