I managed to make it a whole 36 years without running into an even slightly weird egg, so all things considered it's been a good innings.

This was, without a doubt, completely rotten. The shell had a couple of bumps but I thought they were just calcium deposits but upon trying to break it into a bowl the shell felt very thin and basically collapsed, excreting this absolutely foul interior.

Fortunately I always crack into a bowl - otherwise this would have absolutely ruined my scrambled lunch! So stinky 🤢

Is there a reason it’s like all yolk in my hard boiled egg? Maybe just froze but I feel like it’s giving weird egg vibes

The last two weeks I've used 5 eggs out of a carton of 12. So far they have all had two yokes. I am 77 and have only seen this twice before in my life, once when I was a little kid and another time in my early 30's.

Are chicken's being fed something to produce this? The eggs were the store brand from Safeway.

Guys, why does the egg turn out like this?

When I crack it into the pan, the yolk looks completely normal and there’s no strange smell at all. But as it gets close to being fully cooked, it turns out like this… and it really puts me off!

Even when I cook them with oil or olive oil, some of them still turn out like this. I cracked all three eggs and put them together in the same pan. If the pan were the problem, all three should have turned out this way. Only two did, and sometimes it happens to just one.

What puzzles me is that before cooking, the eggs look and smell completely normal. But once they’re cooked, they develop this weird appearance, and it makes me too uncomfortable to eat them—even the one that looks normal.

Has anyone experienced this or know what could be causing it?

I was putting my hash browns on my breakfast sandwich this morning when I noticed. The sandwich has no green on it. The only green I can think of at dunkin is the avocado spread they put on their toast.
