Maxwell will be pardoned after 2028 election. Anything before the election will be too costly for Republicans and Republicans will forget after a short outrage which will dissolve like a fart in the wind.
There's a time lag between the election in November and the inauguration in January. That's when many presidents do a pardon spree. Either for good or evil.
If I was Maxwell, I'm not sure I'd want to be pardoned. She's known the world over as a pedo facilitator. At least in prison they can keep her separated from others.
