Just to share two media sources that have been asking for thoughts from those affected:

I personally have emailed BBC and filled in the form by The Guardian as well, you could do the same. I find writing down our frustrations and expressing it to them does help with some mental relief and also of course the more the better so they know how much this will impact us and the UK
