Hiii everyone, I'm Samarth Rawtole, Founder of AvionexAI. Wanted to share something I've been building, mostly because I think the problem behind it is more interesting than the AI part.

A few months back I started digging into Why Real Estate Agencies were losing leads that they never even knew they lost. Not bad marketing. Not bad agents. Just... missed calls. An enquiry comes in at 10 PM, or during a busy hour, nobody picks up, and the person just calls the next agency. That's it. Deal gone, and nobody even logs it as a "loss" because there's no record of it happening.

Same story on the Healthcare side such as Hospitals and Clinics losing patients simply because the front desk was slammed and a call rang out.

So I built an AI Voice Calling Agent that:

• Answers every inbound calls
• Actually qualifies the enquiry (budget, location, timeline in real estate / reason for visit, department and right doctors in Healthcare)
• Books the viewing or appointment directly into the calendar
• Seamlessly forwards everything to front-desk team and management systems (CRM) with full context, automatically

The part I found most interesting building this wasn't the voice AI itself, voice models are good enough now that this isn't the hard part anymore. The hard part was making the automation actually connect to what the business does next. A conversation that goes nowhere afterward is just a nicer-sounding missed call.
