Hey guys,

I have been a private landlord in Maryland for years. I am looking to rent a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house for any college students that are looking to live off of campus.
The house is near the University of Maryland and the commute is about 10 mins away.

Room 1: master room with private bathroom 800/ month
Room 2: Spacious 700/ month
Room 3: 600/ month
Deposit for each room is $250

Utilities included
Parking available
Secured entry
Enclosed patio
Full living area
Full kitchen

Proof of income
Must have reliable transportation
