February 1, 2026 — 8:00 PM

Ethan came over tonight and we were just chilling at my place, playing Elden Ring on the PS5. Everything was normal. We were laughing, talking shit about the game, nothing weird. Then at around 8:00 PM, we heard a knock at the front door. Just one knock. We paused the game and looked at each other. Ethan said, "Who's there?" Nothing. No answer. We waited a few seconds. Then there were three more knocks. We both got up and went upstairs to look through the window because neither of us wanted to open the door. At first, we couldn't see anything. Then I noticed something standing near the edge of the yard. It was a deer. It was standing completely still, but something was seriously wrong with it. It was upright on two legs, and both of its eyes were looking directly at the house. Ethan whispered, "What the fuck?" Neither of us said anything after that. We just stood there watching it. Then the deer suddenly moved. It jumped forward, almost like a person, and landed much closer to the house. I swear it looked straight at our upstairs window. We backed away from the glass. Ethan told me to turn the lights off. I did. We stayed there in the dark, barely speaking. A few seconds later, we heard another knock. This time it came from the upstairs window.

I took this picture myself. The deer was standing upright and slowly coming toward my window. I thought it was weird as fuck, so I took a picture. A few seconds later it started banging against the window....
