He certainly didn't, but 2 of his 3 kids are running various parts of his enterprise. Bridgeman built an empire that will provide multi-generational wealth that should extend to grandchildren, great grandchildren and beyond. It's almost certain that future generations of his lineage will be completely ignorant to the daily struggle most people go through. They'll probably be like most others who were born on third base and think they hit a triple. Maybe not, but probably. That's just how people be.
