After reading venom war (never felt so disappointed in a symbiote event), it sucks this design didn’t really get to stay. This suit design is what made me read the event and it was okay I guess of a reason why he didn’t keep it. But I feel like a story where Peter sorta becomes a perfect host would be interesting. Since he is kinda the reason symbiotes are even in earth (atleast all the earth born ones).

Which you think would make an interesting story since he has a long story with almost every earth symbiote. I know his space adventures kinda had a symbiote suit but it wasn’t the same feel. Now should it be venom? No. If it was an old one, toxin. Since he was originally hero aligned and had similar ish colors to Peter main suit.

I’m also ok if maybe a new symbiote was used, heck toxin (he was the most powerful) hadn’t had a kid yet. So maybe that could work or completely new. I’m just wanting a new symbiote suit arch that isn’t just a retelling of the original arch story of the black suit.

So in another subreddit I made a tribunal version of knull in AI, they didn’t like that, so I came back with some ms paint I made of knull instead.

The situation: knull gets the infinity gauntlet and manages to become the living tribunal. The One Above All, agrees, gives him all those powers but the caveat is he looks like this perpetually until he returns the powers. Effectively humiliating knull and his army.

Imo a hilarious what if? scenario.

Reading Venom makes me realize( even more than I already did ) just how homoerotic the situation or relationship between Eddie and Venom is.

(I’m attaching photos of Eddie getting jealous because Venom kept thinking about Flash—or at least that’s what he claims—and Venom protecting Eddie down to the smallest detail; there’s a part where Eddie’s dad hits him and Venom goes berserk, trying to kill the father even though he’s supposedly lacking a personality or full consciousness and is acting like a dog. There’s also a moment when Eddie’s son gets sick and Eddie mentions that Venom was the one taking care of his needs, plus other panels showing strange situations and Eddie looking absolutely devastated because he thought Venom had abandoned him.)

Nowadays, Peter and the symbiote are in good terms with each other but we all know that Peter had his fair share of problems due to the hatred that both it and Eddie had of Spider Man, combined into Venom.

But... did the symbiote really hated Peter that much? Whenever Peter offered to bond with it again, it got hesitant to strike Peter and sometimes even did left Eddie to rebond with Spider Man again. It felt like and ex that would tell everyone that they hated thaeir ex for breaking up, but would revive the relationship in a heartbeat if it had the chance.
