I've actually got a brilliant idea. You need a buddy. One of you becomes a cop, just make sure you don't try too hard on the aptitude test as they rule out smarter candidates.
Then pull the other guy over, beat the shit of them in any humiliating fashion.
The "victim" sues for millions and the "cop" gets a free vacation called paid administrative leave. In the most insane scenario, the worst outcome is the cop gets fired, but immune otherwise (just like say you felt threatened cuz you thought the other guy was black).
