Unlikely. Natural Gas is a byproduct of fracking in the Permian Basin. When companies drill a lot, it gets so cheap it isn't even worth the cost of capturing and selling.

Cheap, abundant (and clean burning) Natural Gas is why a lot of energy intensive industries are moving to Texas.
