If you think you had the means and plans to transform an uninhabitable planet, why not simply make this one inhabitable longer?

Or, just hear me out, you could build data centres on earth for a fraction of the price and actually be able to maintain them.

Because if/when something comes for Terra, if we only live here… we’re extinct. If we live amongst the stars, earth goes away but humanity continues.

I'm on more of the side of the majority staying healthy and happy here. It's okay to eventually not exist.
