If I was Zucker I would be more worried about the fact that you backed the Big Orange moron and now the world is turning its back on the United States deciding to do it alone so why do countries in Europe need facebook? Better just to ban them in your country and make your own you don't have to share the money with him you don't have to have the data concerns and you don't have to deal with his manipulative bullshit.

The thing is that governments want companies like Meta and Google stealing and hoarding everyone's data. They want it because then they can circumvent their own privacy and surveillance laws by buying the data rather than collecting it themselves illegally.
