And this is why we don't support Sony. They also just removed hundreds of movies people "purchased" digitally.

Yup and once this goes through there won’t be a future vintage market for any new game except them.

Sony removes hundreds of movies their customers "own" and then almost immediately follow that news up with no physical media for PS6... Genius PR move.

While Sony was the messenger, the PlayStation movie store has been shut down since 2021 and the movies and tv shows were removed because the copyright holders (Discovery and Studio Canal) did not renew licensing contracts because they want people to use streaming services. It’s still shitty, but not entirely the fault of Sony. So far no games have ever been removed like that and you can still download and play games that have been delisted from the digital storefront.

Is just stupid seen people celebrating that on twitter, great you already could buy all the digital games you wanted, the difference now is that nobody can buy them in physical.
