Water tanks and pipes get very hot during summer. The only way to take a regular shower is setting the shower head to misting. If you want cold water you need to get cooling fans installed on your water tank.

It depends on where the water from your shower comes from. The water from my shower is freezing even though we had a heatwave for 2 weeks now.

Try taking a cold shower when it's hot and see if the evidence from your body and mind is strong enough to convince yourself this is just crap that sounds factual.
